Cu ce viteza trebuie sa alergi pentru a scoate un anumit timp?

In acest moment, situatia recordurilor mondiale pentru probele de 5 km, 10 km, semimaraton (21,097 km) si maraton (42.195 km) arata cam asa:

  • 5 km: 12:37.35, Kenenisa Bekele (Etiopia), in 2004
  • 10 km (pe pista): 26:17.53, Kenenisa Bekele (Etiopia), in 2005
  • 10 km (pe sosea): 26:44, Leonard Patrick Komon (Kenya), in 2010
  • semimaraton:  58:23, Zersenay Tadese (Eritreea), in 2010

Vazand aceste rezultate, prima intrebare care le vine in minte celor mai multi dintre noi e: „Cu ce viteza medie au alergat? Ce timp mediu au scos/kilometru?”.

Raspunsurile arata cam asa:

  • 5 km: 02:31.47 min/km
  • 10 km (pe pista): 02:37.75 min/km
  • 10 km (pe sosea): 02:40.4 min/km
  • semimaraton: 02:46.04 min/km
  • maraton: 02:54.83 min/km

Daca pentru o persoana care nu a incercat sa urmareasca niciodata cu ce ritm alearga, aceste rezultate nu inseamna mai nimic, pentru un alergator amator timpii prezentati mai sus sunt de domeniul fantasticului. Si pentru ca de multe ori mergem la un concurs avand in minte o anumita limita de timp in care vrem sa ne incadram, am creat mai jos o serie de tabele care ne arata dupa cat timp vom trece linia de finish in functie de viteza cu care am alergat.
